“World’s best job” winner

The British may have suffered a setback when Hatton was knocked out in Round 2 by Manny Pacquiao, but they gain a victory with the world’s best job competion, because the world’s best job winner is British man Ben Southall.

The contest winner, Ben Southall has bested 34,000 other contestants as the competition has elicited much interests from people all around the globe.

Ben Southall will leaving his old job as a fundraiser and will be working on the best job for six months. Aside from being a fundraiser, he is also a bungee-jumper and an ostrich-rider. He said he drove all around Africa, crossed deserts, climbed mountains, run marathons, mountain-bike, scuba dive and snorkel everywhere.

Hmmm… sure looks like he is fit for the job.

For six months, Ben will be living in a three-bedroom beach home overlooking the tropical island’s Great Barrier Reef. His jobs include feeding the fish, cleaning the pool and weekly blogs on what is happening on the island, together with some video reports.

Now, a lot of people will be watching to see if Ben Southall indeed has the best job in the world.
