Valenzuela City was shocked this morning when an explosion rocked Union Bank at 5:10 AM. Said explosion shattered the glass panel of the ATM booth of the bank which is located on Fatima St. corner McArthur Highway, Valenzuela.
A update on the report said the blast created a small crater.
Before the explosion, a security guard in the area said he saw a man tinkering with the bank’s ATM, report said.
